About this Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Production Operator to join our South Brisbane team in a full-time, permanent role.

The ideal candidate is team-oriented, highly skilled, self-motivated, and capable of working shift work and overtime as required. A strong focus on safety and quality is essential. Previous experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:

- Operating fill and pack production lines

- Store room management and stocktaking of multiple SKUs

- Food industry experience

The successful candidate will have excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles. Sound numeracy and literacy skills are required. Additional qualifications in warehousing or food processing, and experience with SAP, would be advantageous.

We seek a dedicated individual who is flexible, attentive to detail, and capable of building positive relationships within the business.
