About the Business Unit:

This is a Bayside position, with JSCs located at Frankston (base), Rosebud, Moorabbin and Cranbourne.

About the Role:

The Justice Officer Team Leader leads a team of Justice Officers at the Justice Service Centres, and is responsible for leading and supervising the team, ensuring the efficient delivery of high quality administration, operational support and reception services in a team environment to the Area/Region.

Some of your duties will include:

- Supervising a team of administrative staff to ensure effective delivery of operational support, administrative and client services, including routine supervision, performance planning, training needs analysis and mentoring as appropriate

- Ensuring that the level of service and hospitality exhibited towards the Department's clients and fellow employees are consistently delivered at the highest level of professionalism, & customer service excellence

- In line with agreed regional business plans, managing and co-ordinating a range of administrative business functions and projects

About You:

As our ideal candidate, you will possess:

- Well-developed computer literacy

- Good knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations

- Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary service delivery team would be advantageous.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- A current Victorian driver's licence is desirable.
