In this role, you’ll shape the future of Sandvik’s Crushing & Screening product lines within the mining segment. This isn’t just about sales—it’s about building relationships, driving innovation, and creating strategies that make a real impact.

What you’ll do:
- Strategic Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities, driving aftermarket sales and market share.
- Customer Partnerships: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, providing expert guidance and tailored solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Work closely with maintenance teams and operations to optimize equipment performance at the lowest practical cost.
- Market Insight: Monitor trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy and product development.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Act as the link between product lines, customers, and internal teams to deliver operational excellence.
- Forecasting & Planning: Analyze customer maintenance strategies to ensure parts availability meets demand.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and insights for management and customer deliverables.
- Process Improvement: Work with customers to identify opportunities for productivity and efficiency gains.
- Fleet Management: Track competitor installed base and monitor changes in customer buying habits to inform strategy.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a related industry
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills using data and logic
- Excellent communication and ability to build long‑term customer relationships
- Strategic thinking with influence and alignment across organizations
- Exceptional time management, autonomy, and professionalism under pressure
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
