Newcastle Anglican is seeking Permanent Enrolled Nurses to work at our Scenic Lodge facility. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing excellent care to seniors in our residential aged care home. As an Enrolled Nurse you will empower and enable our consumers by providing comprehensive person-centered care. Working closely with Registered Nurses and other allied health professionals you will join a dedicated care team to make a memorable difference to the lives of our consumers and their families.
Afternoon Shifts available Mon - Sun - 1430 to 2300,
Pay rate range $36.04p/h - 38.74 p/h permanent + shift loading

Role & Responsibilities:
- Actively promote Anglican Care’s positive culture through interactions with residents, staff and their families
- Consistent delivery of person centered care to residents in our facilities
- Observe confidentiality matters at all times associated with documentation and communications
- Abide by Aged Care Standards
- Work as an effective team member
About you?
- Enrolled Nurse with current registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated experience in Residential Aged Care
- Demonstrated experience in dementia care and best practice behaviour management
- Demonstrated experience leading a team
- Hold a First Aid certificate
