Job Description

Working in sales at P&G means managing your own multi-million dollar business and budget from Day 1. You'll work with leading brands like Gillette, Oral-B, Olay, and collaborate with Australia's largest grocery retailers. If you have proven analytical skills and seek a rewarding role that fosters personal and professional growth, consider joining us as a sales graduate

Full-time positions are available starting in September 2025 and February 2026.

Overview

Our aim is to develop our joint business with retailers by creating category and brand plans that delight shoppers both in-store and online. This involves building collaborative relationships and deep business insights. Being part of Sales means joining a dynamic, multi-functional team in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry with real responsibility for iconic consumer brands. We seek individuals capable of fostering collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, sell, implement, and evaluate business plans to meet or exceed financial targets.
2. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop strategies and plans.
3. Manage and improve distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising.
4. Translate business plans into measurable selling points for customers.
5. Build productive relationships with key customer contacts and promote mutually beneficial business plans.
6. Utilize analytical tools and integrate data systems to generate new insights.
7. Contribute to retailer category strategies.

Job Qualifications

- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or NZ Resident.
- Currently completing final year of a Bachelor's degree or a recent graduate.
- Passionate about stakeholder management and communication.
- Must hold an Australian Driver's License.
- Experience in FMCG or retail industry is preferred.
- Maintain a minimum credit average in university.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, such as holding leadership positions in clubs or societies.
- Active in community involvement, demonstrating well-rounded life experience.
- Team-oriented with a passion for success.
- Analytical thinker capable of strategic thinking and fostering innovation.
