As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one‑of‑a‑kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrative & Operations Assistant to support the Australian Fever Originals production team. This role will act as a production admin support for the producers and a liaison between the Australian team and Madrid office functions, particularly Finance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and can manage multiple priorities across international teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Australian Fever Originals production team and Madrid HQ for finance related topics.

- Invoicing & Finance Support:

- Support vendor onboarding via Jira

- Process and track vendor invoices.

- Ensure timely submission and follow‑up on outstanding payments.

- Input costs into trackers and maintain accurate financial records for production related expenses.

- Production Support:

- Assist with procurement and buying for production needs, following partner supplied or internal purchase list per project.

- Manage the Amazon business account

- Load all invoices to Spendesk (our expense management tool) and export relevant reports to cross reference with the cost trackers.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth administration of projects.

- Project & Task Management:

- Support tracking and follow‑up of Jira tickets, especially for all payment related Jira requests.

- Help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met across teams.

- General Administration:

- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Australian Fever Originals production team.

- Assist in preparing cost reports, summaries, and documentation as required.

- Other:

- Support the onsite deployment of our experiences by attending bump in and bump outs, acting as a runner or onsite production support.

Requirements

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Experience in administrative, finance support, or production coordination roles.

- Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures.

- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Excel/Google Sheets, and cost‑tracking systems.

- Effective communication skills in English (Spanish a plus).

- A proactive problem‑solver with the ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
