$74,000 + 12 % Super

- Free parking, meals & uniform included
- Fixed roster 5am - 1pm

- Located Brisbane International Airport

THE POSITION

- Prepare high-quality, fresh food using premium produce
- Deliver cold buffet service and made-to-order food preparation
- Currently serving 50 covers per day, with expected growth as the lounge expands
- Low-stress work environment with a supportive team culture
- Ensure OH&S compliance and follow all food safety procedures
- Monitor stock levels, control costs, and minimise wastage
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control

THE PERSON

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Experience in Production, Buffet and a la carte service preferred.
- Passion for quality, presentation, and delivering exceptional service
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards
- A flexible approach to fortnightly roster pattern
- A hands-on, team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
- ASIC security clearance card or a willingness to obtain. (We will provide)
