The project role requires coordinating thought and leadership skills to encourage maximum contributions of all participants in the investor sector specific project and focus these to maximise outcomes for all stakeholders.**About you:**We are looking for someone who can confidently manage project delivery from inception to closure with an ability to assist in the commercial assessment of new projects and in the preparation of project proposals and the delivery of presentations.You will have proven negotiation skills with both internal and external groups including contractors, suppliers, consultants, and authorities and have the emotional maturity to effectively manage diverse personalities.An understanding of the legal environment for each project in respect of planning, commercial aspects and delivery constraints is essential as well as our obligations for complying with AS 4801, AS 14001 and Environmental Health and Safety legislation generally.**What to expect from us:**As an organisation, we don’t just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
