Part-time Mobile Computer Technicians for Victoria

What you will be expected to do:

- Analyze problems and take necessary steps to resolve them within the customer's desired timeframe.
- Troubleshoot issues as per customer requirements.
- Issue invoices and collect payments for services rendered.
- Follow up with customers regarding services if needed.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout interactions.

What you are expected to have:

- Strong background in resolving technology-related issues at homes and offices across platforms such as PC, Mac, iOS, and Android.
- Own vehicle and basic troubleshooting equipment like laptops, tablets, and smartphones (minimum smartphone requirement: iPhone 7 or above; Android phones with version 5 or above).
- Good communication skills, fluency in English, and a professional, friendly attitude.
