Employment Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

- Deliver appropriate training and assessments according to KGF work instructions

- Deliver site floor inductions for new or transferring employees

- Manage administration associated with the tutoring role, including Kronos administration

- Ensure compliance with KGF work instructions, policies and procedures

- Assist with any changes to our work instructions and policies for the relevant area of the site

- Spend time with new and existing employees, including regular checks on our new employees

- Attend Organisational Development team meetings

- Keep training records up to date at all times

You will need

- Training experience in a similar environment

- Strong knowledge and leadership of Workplace Health and Safety requirements, HACCAP and QA procedures

- A solutions focus and ability to follow through

- A collaborative and inclusive approach to communication with all stakeholders

- Great verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

- A motivated and enthusiastic disposition, and be a team player

- Attention to detail, initiative and time management skills

- Confident with computers and an ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
