About the Role

The Administration Dealer Trainee will gain hands‑on experience in a financial services environment while completing a Certificate III in Business. The role involves general administrative duties while supporting the dealer team and learning key aspects of financial trading and client management.

Key Duties

- General administrative support

- Assisting the dealer team with daily operations

- Data entry and record keeping

- Client communication and correspondence

- Learning operational processes within the financial services sector

Ideal Candidate

- Reliable, organised, and motivated to learn

- Polite and professional in communication

- Confident working both independently and as part of a small team

- Interested in financial services and willing to develop their skills in this industry

Preferred/Essential Criteria

- Current driver’s licence (preferred)

- Strong computer skills and attention to detail

- Willingness to learn and complete Certificate III in Business
