We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant at Poolwerx. It’s being the friendly face clients rely on when they walk through the door. As a Retail Sales Assistant, here’s what you’ll achieve:

- Customer Servicing

- Water testing and advising clients on chemical & equipment solutions

- Stock control and merchandising

- Store opening and cash handling

- Retail reporting, inventory control and end of day tasks

What You’ll Bring

- You’ll need a current unrestricted driver’s licence (car & phone provided).

- You’ll also need to consent to a police clearance check if you don’t have one already.

- You’ll love working autonomously and take pride in managing your own client base.

- Although we’d love you to have experience or knowledge of the pool and spa industry, we can teach you the rest if you have a learning attitude.

- What’s most important is that you’re self‑motivated, good at thinking on your feet and you feel aligned with our values.
