Working arrangements: Onsite at the ASIC office (Level 14/91 King William St, Adelaide SA 5000) for 5 days per fortnight for the duration of the engagement, 40 hours per week for the full contract duration within standard working hours (8am-6pm)
Length of contract: 12 months
Contract extensions: 1x 12 months
Security clearance: Must be able to obtain Baseline
Rates: $110 - $140 per hour (inc. super)
Within the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), Dynamics 365 is the chosen workflow product used to build ASIC’s strategic case management solution. Dynamics platform is key to obtaining 360-degree view of ASIC’s regulatory population. ASIC has an ongoing and significant portfolio of projects on Dynamics 365 platform comprising digital initiatives, legislative changes, and business improvements.
ASIC is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer who will be responsible for:
- Proven experience in leading MS Dynamics 365 technical specialists in complex enterprise environments.
- Advanced MS Dynamics 365 development (C#, JavaScript, HTML, SQL) and deployment experience.
- Advanced skills in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Extensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution design experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and people skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in resolving complex client and stakeholder related queries with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and be accountable for outcomes.
- Experience working in AGILE environments.
- A tertiary qualification in IT, engineering or other relevant degree is desirable.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications MB-230, MB-400 and MB-600 are highly desirable.
Knowledge & Technical Skills required
- Demonstrated ability to apply development, deployment and testing best practices.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in information technology or engineering.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and people skills with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and be accountable for outcomes.
Technical Experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development using C#, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution design.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution packaging and deployment.
- Demonstrated experience with CI/CD solution suing Azure DevOps and Octopus Deploy is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience managing code branches with Git and Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure is desirable.
- Experience working in AGILE environments.
Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology from a recognised educational/accredited institution is desirable and/ or equivalent substantial relevant work experience (current or previous).
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is desirable.

- Problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills for investigating and resolving stakeholder, client or systems problems, and for improving work practices and processes.
