Senior Quantity Surveyor – Client-Side Consultancy
Location: Brisbane
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $125,000 – $145,000 + Superannuation

Salary: $125K–$145K + Super, based on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Managing cost planning, estimates, and full QS services across various projects
2. Preparing detailed reports, tenders, and feasibility studies
3. Advising clients on contracts, procurement, and value engineering
4. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
5. Working with autonomy while contributing to a collaborative team environment
What You’ll Need
1. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
2. 4–6 years of local experience in a client-side Quantity Surveying role
3. Proficiency in CostX and Excel
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
5. Excellent communication skills and a confident client-facing presence
6. Preferably AIQS or RICS accredited (or working towards)
