Overview

Modern 36 room motel is looking for a permanent management couple to commence no later than the 31st October 2025. Great housekeeping team in place. Linen outsourced (only small items washed in-house). All the standard day to day operation of reception and guest services. Minimal gardening. No pool. No food. Carryout general maintenance activities as required. Supervising, hiring, and training housekeeping staff when required. Guestpoint FOS. Accommodation included – 2 bedroom managers unit (includes all utilities & water & internet). $330 per day. Ideal candidates will have good motel/hotel management experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively as a couple.

Sorry no pets.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day reception and guest services operations.
- Oversee housekeeping supervision, hiring, and training as required.
- Maintain minimal gardening activities; supervise general maintenance and carry out maintenance tasks as required.
- Coordinate linen outsourcing; manage in-house small item washing.
- Ensure standard motel operations without pool or food service.

Accommodation and Benefits

- Guestpoint FOS. Accommodation included – 2 bedroom managers unit (includes all utilities & water & internet).
- Salary/allowance: $330 per day.

Qualifications and Preferences

- Ideal candidates will have good motel/hotel management experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively as a couple.
