Overview

CM Repairs maintenance coordinator will work with all CM Repairs QLD team for Plant, fixed and mobile, HME, Electrical and Welding/Fabrication. The role will be to work closely with the Quarry Managers, Workshop supervisors, Asset Managers, and team leaders with the group.

Liaising with team members daily to provide consistency and efficiency within the workshops. Focus on continuous improvement. This role will improve and support the day-to-day activities of the CM Repairs QLD team, through strengthening the structure, systems and process which will improve asset utilization, maintenance, downtime and R&M cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with scheduling maintenance and coordinating trades

- Organising site requirements

- Organising parts for planned & breakdown maintenance

- Keeping WHS requirements up to date

- Maintenance record keeping

Qualifications

- Ability to solve difficult problems with effective solutions

- Work in a team environment

- Ability to overcome problems by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach

- From a similar role or have a mechanical background preferred

- Demonstrated ability to plan and work within budgets.
