This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, dynamic, qualified plumber to join our team as the Maintenance Supervisor. You will bring a positive attitude, be warm and friendly with excellent technical skills, great communication and an autonomous nature with the desire to own the role.

You will be joining a fast paced team environment in a Leadership position that includes a variety of responsibilities

The successful applicant will be a person that possesses the following skills and attributes:

- Ensure all site staff are enabled to provide an “Incomparable Experience“ to all customers
- Lead and inspire all staff to create a positive team based culture that is results focused and driven towards success.
- Ensure Service technicians are:

1. Being developed into high performing trades people

2. Focused on job quality and consistency

3. Receiving open, honest and regular feedback about their performance

- Identify and act on training needs to improve safety, productivity and profitability
- Proactively follow up and seek leads from various sources for new client acquisition
- Provide timely quotations to existing and new customers, and converting opportunities into jobs
- Monitor budgets and costs on service jobs
- Ensure that all executed jobs align to our mission statement, vision, and values
- Participate actively in weekly management meeting and execute tactical and operational plans assigned
- Clearly communicate service department goals and KPIs to relevant staff

To be successful in this role you must have the following skills and attributes:

- Outstanding plumbing skills and job / product knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years plumbing industry experience
- Previous experience as a supervisor (trade business preferred)
- Completed certificate 4 including “backflow & TMV courses
- Clear criminal history (inline with specific customer requirements)
- Drivers licence - C class or above
- Proven ability to be organised and complete tasks on time
- Enjoy providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills (by email and phone)
- Be a problem solver with the ability to think on your feet to resolve issues quickly
- Be able to manage multiple jobs at the same time
- Competent using all mainstream IT operating systems, including cloud based software systems (training will be provided for our specific operating systems)
- Have a warm and friendly personality
