- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising sales, business development, and online media environments.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives.

- Experience managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.

- Experience in cross-collaborative stakeholder management, with the ability to work with a team.

- Ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence or collaborate across organizations, and drive business for the customer.

- Excellent sales and business acumen skills.

As Digital Growth Specialist within Accelerated Growth team, your role is to identify and grow key client prospects within a segment of the Google Customer Solutions ecosystem, to promote and set them up for accelerated and sustainable growth on our platforms.
Within this role, you will collaborate with the highly engaged and passionate Account Management teams to devise strategies to drive innovative growth to our clients and the Google business.

Responsibilities

- Engage and influence key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, building trusted relationships to understand their core business challenges and strategic priorities.

- Lead the development of Joint Business Plans, aligning with customers on ambitious goals and establishing shared accountability to unlock transformative growth opportunities.

- Design and pitch powerful, data-driven Google solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Google’s advertising offerings and compelling storytelling, while effectively navigating objections to secure investment and exceed revenue sales targets.

- Demonstrate Google's value by measuring campaign results against customer objectives and offerings, and sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership.

- Own the customer's growth trajectory by proactively identifying and cultivating a robust pipeline of new opportunities, leveraging insights and proven success to expand the partnership.
