About the Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, Chairman's Office and based in Lonsdale SA, this is a unique opportunity that will allow you to use your exceptional organising and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
You will provide strategic support and operational assistance across a range of sensitive, personal, and confidential matters for the Executive Chairman. Your ability to coordinate and manage interesting expectations, be adaptable and open to various daily workflows is essential for this position. The ideal candidate must be able to work autonomously at times, while still be part of a small efficient team.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Ability to carry out general administrative tasks within the office.
- A Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 3 years experience as a PA at a senior level.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, discretion and present professional business standards.
- A good level of personal presentation, with a collaborative business working style.
- High level of organisational ability, for calendar management and ability to prioritise tasks.
- High levels of administration, accuracy, exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive can do attitude and a hands-on approach, completing tasks within deadlines.
- Corporate travel bookings experience, preferred, training will be given.
- Experience with events planning management and corporate dining functions.
- Manage monthly board reports and meeting requirements.
- Exceptional communication and PC skills, experienced in using software programmes.
- High-level of knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Flexibility on occasions, to work outside of standard position hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm with one hour for lunch.
