Established in 1901, Dr. Martens was recognised originally as a sturdy, durable work boot before being transformed in the 1960's into an iconic fashion statement, synonymous with festival culture. The past six decades have witnessed the brand's adoption by a diverse range of tribes, celebrities, musicians, and free-thinking individuals - each subverting and twisting the boots and shoes to their own personal needs, attitudes, and identity. Accent Group Limited acquired the distribution rights for Dr. Martens in 1988 and opened the first Australian retail store in Sydney in 2018. Now with stores across Australia & New Zealand, Dr. Martens is continuing to grow and dominate the Australian market.
The role:
Duties include ensuring the store is appropriately stocked with merchandise, assisting customers as needed, performing transactions, and maintaining safety and sanitary standards of the shop floor.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment

- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
- Full availability on late-night trade and weekends
- Demonstrated customer service experience (Retail, hospitality, supermarket retail)
