We are looking for passionate and driven retailers to join our VANS & Timberland team for this Christmas season You will support the Management team in driving sales, operational excellence, and play an integral part in the store’s success.
- You get up to 40% off Accent Group brands including Hype DC, Platypus, Dr Martens, Glue & many more
- Work amongst premium products alongside fellow passionate and dedicated sneakerheads
- Opportunity to progress within the business and receive ongoing training and support
The role & responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in store with premium products
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Process large volumes of stock
- Pick and pack click and dispatch orders
- Assist in maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
- Maintain a positive CAN DO attitude at all times to effectively sell to customers
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Full availability from November to Mid-January 2026 – specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day
- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
- Self-motivated with a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets & KPIs
