You'll play a pivotal role in redefining our approaches for meaningful patient outcomes. You will be instrumental in introducing Pfizer’s portfolio to Health Care Professionals, forging strong customer relationships through your comprehensive understanding of healthcare dynamics and Pfizer's variety of products.**How you will achieve it:**The Health Representative will merge patient-centric market knowledge with sharp business acumen, displaying promotional excellence and proficiency in both virtual and face-to-face interactions. Team collaboration is essential, utilising cross-functional resources to attain Pfizer’s strategic imperatives.**Preferred qualifications:*** A degree in Business, Science, or related healthcare qualification is preferred.* Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales is valuable.* Demonstrated success in managing territories effectively.* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.* Adherence to high standards of ethical medicine promotion.* Demonstrated completion of the Medicines Australia training program.* Valid Australian Driver's License.**The ideal candidate:*** Strong knowledge of the disease states, therapeutic areas, and products.* A deep understanding & proactive approach to engaging with customers.* Strategic mindset with robust relationship-building skills.* Demonstrated ability to assess account needs and provide relevant information and resources to drive performance.* Leadership and persuasive communication skills.* A can-do attitude and a work ethic underpinned by determination and adaptability to an ever-changing environment.* Thorough understanding of communicating utilising digital tools**Additional information:**If successful, the candidate will receive through training and support across all aspects of the role from internal colleagues & mentors.
