Position: Marketing & Pursuits Consultant | NSW

We are looking for a driven and collaborative Marketing and Pursuits Consultant to join our NSW team on a 12-month contract.

This role involves executing tender submissions through administration, coordination, and writing, and supporting our regional marketing strategy. You will work closely with teams across the state and leadership to secure new opportunities and enhance our brand presence through events, sponsorships, and memberships.

To succeed, you should have a background in tendering, experience managing the end-to-end bid process, and strong communication skills to create persuasive proposals and manage stakeholders.

About the Role

This position is crucial in executing tender submissions, supporting client engagement, and building brand awareness in NSW. You will develop compelling bid content, align submissions with strategic objectives, and assist with marketing activities such as events and sponsorships.

About You

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years' experience in Pursuits or Marketing, preferably within property, infrastructure, or professional services sectors.
- Experience with tendering and understanding compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage the bid process from response writing to delivery.
- Flexible, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and proposal development.
- Experience or interest in executing marketing programs that build brand awareness.
