About You

- Proven experience in the water servicing industry, with a strong understanding of relevant processes and regulations.

- Sydney Water category accreditations a bonus (FIFM, W1, W2, W3, S1, S2, C1, C2, C3 and/or C4).

- Demonstrated experience in either Design or Project Management (or both) in a Water Servicing Coordination role.

- Solid understanding of WSAA codes and Sydney Water’s codes, policies and procedures.

- Demonstrated success in leading and running projects from start to finish, managing resources and timelines effectively.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in developing and mentoring junior staff is highly desirable.

- AustralianCitizenship or Permanent Residency.

About the Role

- Manage water servicing projects, managing projects specifically for Sydney Water ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Oversee all aspects of project lifecycles, from planning and initiation to execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Manage projects within Land / Urban Development space, for Residential, Industrial, and Commercial / Mixed use.

- Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.

- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues proactively.

- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of water servicing processes and procedures.
