Site Manager at INTREC

- Take ownership of projects from site set-up to final handover and defect rectification
- Ensure safety is front and centre – setting up sites to Workplace Health & Safety standards
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site employees for smooth, efficient delivery
- Keep projects on time and within scope by working closely with Construction and Building Managers
- Maintain accurate site records, daily reporting, and run effective toolbox talks
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

The skills we need

- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects $10M and above
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with all stakeholders
- Relevant trade, tertiary, and safety qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A proactive, adaptable, and team-focused mindset
