Working closely with the CEO and senior leaders, you’ll shape and deliver a forward-thinking technology strategy that drives innovation and supports organisational goals. Broadly, the core responsibilities include: - Leadership of the IT team to build and promote a high performing and service-oriented culture - Developing and adapting the IT strategy to support organisational growth and evolving needs - Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders and vendors - Oversight of the IT budget and expenditure, including asset management - Oversight of Projects - Manage and mitigate risks to ensure robust system integrity and cyber security - Technical environment is secure, efficient and operational Alongside meeting the essential criteria, you’ll bring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire and empower your team and influence decision making at a senior management level. Importantly, ICT governance is integral to your professional identity and approach. - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or relevant field - Proven experience in a similar senior IT management position (health care experience will be highly regarded) - Demonstrated experience in managing technology implementation projects - Proven ability to think strategically and commercially, with advanced analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a solutions-focused mindset - Strong leadership skills, adept at conflict resolution, with a high level of emotional intelligence - Thorough knowledge of network infrastructure, cyber security and business applications If this opportunity aligns with your skills and you’re passionate about contributing to a purpose-driven organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
