Senior Pursuit & Bid Consultant | QLD We are seeking a dynamic Senior Pursuit & Bid Consultant to join TSA Riley's APAC Marketing and Pursuits team in QLD. About the Role: Looking to grow your career in bids and tenders? This role will see you working with our APAC Pursuits Team supporting the end-to-end bid process, including bid management, writing, and crafting executive summaries, as well as contributing to win strategy development. You will help ensure the quality of all submissions, working with our national and regional leadership teams to secure new opportunities across Brisbane. In this role, you will support TSA Riley's client sales funnel, develop compelling bid content, and apply client and competitor intelligence to enhance bid strategies. Your focus will be on aligning submissions with our strategic objectives, ensuring all responses reflect our strengths and values. About You (Bid Expertise) - You will have a minimum of 4-6 years/' experience in a bid related role, preferably working within the property, infrastructure, professional services and public sectors. A qualification in Marketing or Communications would be advantageous. - You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are growing a successful track record in bid response writing and delivery, and managing the end-to-end bid process. - You have experience in government tendering and tendering portals such as VendorPanel and Tenderlink and have a strong understanding of compliance requirements. - You understand the sales funnel and can work alongside the Marketing team to develop capture plans and marketing activities to win long-term strategic pursuits. - You have supported the bid qualification process to facilitate Go/No-Go discussions and win strategies. - You have a data-driven approach, strong analytical skills, and an eye for detail, ensuring quality submissions that align with client needs. - Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint, with a knack for producing professional and compliant documents that match TSA Riley's brand. - Creativity and innovation are your strengths, allowing you to differentiate our business in competitive markets. - You enjoy working with a high-performing Marketing & Pursuits team and championing our team charter.
