Integrated Management System (IMS) Advisor

TSA Riley is looking for an IMS Advisor based in our Sydney office to support implementation and maintenance of ISO standards across our ANZ business.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Quality & Risk Team as an IMS Advisor based in our Sydney office. Reporting to the Chief Quality and Risk Officer and GM, Business Systems and IMS (ANZ), this role plays a key role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards across our ANZ business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with managing and maintaining ISO standards across Australia and New Zealand.
- Plan and coordinate peer review audits with IMS representatives and Regional General Managers.
- Coordinate corrective actions and implement system improvements including developing and updating policies and procedures as required.
- Conduct IMS audits aligned with ISO and internal requirements.
- Maintain ISO-related data in Excel.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Teams.
- Create and manage controlled documents and version control.
- Prepare for external audits across multiple offices.
- Act as a contact for insurance queries, claims, and liaise with UK IMS Head and insurers/brokers.
- Provide administrative support to the Global Chief Quality & Risk Officer (UK) and GM Business Systems and IMS (Sydney).

- You act with discretion, integrity, and sound judgement.
- Prior experience working with ISO standards is preferred but not essential.
