Then South Metropolitan Health Service is the perfect place to start The Peel and Rockingham Kwinana Older Adult Mental Health Service is seeking to appoint a Team Leader to provide accountability for the standard of care and for the coordination of nursing and multidisciplinary services provided to clients. Responsibilities - Report to and is supervised by the Program Manager. - Provide leadership, direction and management of the human, financial and material resources within the Older Adult Community Teams in accordance with policies, philosophies, objectives, and goals of the organisation. - Ensure collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders to ensure patient‑centred care and evidence‑based service delivery for this population. The position is located at Rockingham; however, you will be required to travel to Mandurah. About SMHS Rockingham Peel Group is part of the South Metropolitan Health Service, one of the fastest growing health services in Western Australia and comprises two hospital campuses, Rockingham General Hospital and Murray District Hospital, in addition to community and mental health services across Peel, Rockingham and Kwinana. As the flagship hospital, Rockingham General is focused on providing high‑quality general medical, surgical and mental health services as well as outpatient care. Murray District Hospital offers inpatient medical services, palliative care and allied health services. SMHS delivers quality, safe and effective hospital and health services within a catchment area stretching more than 3,300 square kilometres across the southern half of Perth.
