We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team who shares our vision of building a sustainable and profitable major Australian gold business.* **Full-time, permanent position** with a competitive salary and attractive benefits package* **A family friendly roster** to suit your lifestyle – 8 days on, 6 days off* **Flexible employment options** including FIFO and DIDO* **Modern, well-equipped camp** featuring ensuite rooms, sports court, and fully equipped gym to keep you comfortable and active while away from home* **A growing company** that’s supports employee’s development**THE ROLE*** Assist the Processing and Maintenance teams in daily operational activities as required and directed* Ensure remote field service equipment such as gensets, pumping systems, lighting towers, compressors are refuelled, serviced and maintained* Clean operational areas utilizing mobile equipment around the plant such as IT loaders, bobcat, and forklift work* Remote field fuel management- refueling, recording fuel consumption, inspections. Ensuring sufficient fuel levels are maintained for uninterrupted operation.* Carry out critical water management monitoring, recording, and pipeline inspections* Poly pipe welding repairs and modifications executed as required* Actively participate in maintenance planning activities* Maintain detailed maintenance history in Pronto* Liaise with Contractors and Stakeholders as required**WHAT DO I NEED*** Current “C” Class Manual Western Australian driver’s licence* Experience working within a gold or similar commodity processing plant* Poly welding ticket* Telehandler, IT loader, CN and LF tickets desirable* Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment* Familiarity with the safe handling of fuel delivery and monitoring equipment* Experience in the installation and maintenance of pipelines, pumps & water transfer systems* Basic understanding of welding techniques and standards, particularly fusion welding for poly pipe* Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System such as Pronto (desired)* Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks* Excellent communication skills* A can-do, team-oriented attitude* Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment* Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and be adaptable**The Westgold Offer:** A permanent full-time position at a successful gold producer **A range of benefits including:*** Performance based bonus* Group salary continuous insurance* A health and wellness allowance Health insurance discount* A range of Family and Medical leave policies that includes IVF, surrogacy and adoption.* Referral Bonus - bring your mates along* 5 years' pro rata long service leave* Salary sacrifice options* Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that include free confidential counselling, wellbeing services that includes financial advice.Our full list of benefits and why we are recognised as an Endorsed Employer for Women by Work 180 can be seen on the Work180 website.Westgold is driven by our core values of Show Respect, Choose Safety and Deliver Value.
