We help merchants grow while giving customers a seamless, frictionless way to pay. This role calls for a customer-obsessed, data-driven, and execution-focused mindset, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence key decisions.* Act as the primary point of contact for development teams, providing customer context, guidance and direction as needed.* Work with stakeholders and customers to gather requirements and define product features and functionality* Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and prioritised based on impact* Be the voice of the customer internally and ensure that their needs are being met through the development process* Work with development teams to ensure that product features are delivered on time and within budget* Conduct user research and testing to validate product features and functionality* Work with the Delivery Leads to facilitate the delivery process and ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively* Prioritise product features and create user stories for development* Bachelor's degree in business, technology, computer science, or a related field.* 1+ years’ experience in product or technology environments, supporting end-to-end delivery.* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver projects on time and within budget.* Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. You understand how to use data to measure your product’s adoption and usage.* Able to perform competitor analysis and form a clear view of the strengths and weaknesses of your product.* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.* **Product delivery**: Measured by the impact delivered.* **Customer satisfaction**: Measured by customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.* **Product backlog management**: Measured by the accuracy and completeness of the product backlog and the ability to prioritise based on business value and customer impact.* **Cross-functional collaboration**: Measured by the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, including developers, designers, and other stakeholders.* **Agile methodology**: Measured by the ability to successfully implement agile development methodologies and continuously improve the development process.* **Product quality**: Measured by the number of defects and issues reported by customers and the ability to address them in a timely manner.If you’ve got this far, then you might just be a great fit for us.
