We’re looking for YOU - experienced Delivery Drivers to join our team

Hardware & General is a large, family-owned building and plumbing supplier based in Sydney, Australia. Founded in 1960 by Walter MacGregor, we’ve grown from a single corner store to six locations across Sydney, yet we’ve remained proudly family‑run, now in our third generation

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Transport goods to and from a variety of locations, ensuring punctual delivery and optimal condition on arrival and load and unload goods.

- Drive in a legal and professional manner, keeping in mind the reputation of H&G.

- Complete and check all loads and related paperwork correctly, ensuring procedures are followed as instructed.

- Ensure safe storage of loads and compliance with Chain of Responsibility obligations.

- Maintain security overloads from theft and damage and adhere to safe work practices.

What You’ll Bring:

- Current, valid Multi Combination (MC) driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- MR, HR licence (preferred).

- Excellent driving skills and the ability to navigate tight spaces and varied terrain.

- Physically fit, able to lift and move produce regularly.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively and deliver goods on time in full.

- A positive, friendly, professional and customer-focused can‑do attitude.
