Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for designated client accounts, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with senior account managers to develop and implement account strategies to meet client goals and objectives
- Oversee all aspects of customer account management, including contract negotiation, agreement management, and profitability analysis
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of resources to deliver exceptional service

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the IT or technology industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals and maximizing profitability
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently when necessary
- Knowledge of IT products and services is a plus but not required

Location:

- This role is based in Blackburn North, Melbourne, with occasional travel to client locations across the Melbourne area as needed
