Northbridge Healthcare is proud to represent a well-established and rapidly expanding healthcare group operating state-of-the-art medical centres across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast. Our client is committed to delivering quality, accessible healthcare and has developed a reputation for innovation, excellence, and patient-centred care.

With 15 contemporary medical centres in high-growth regions, these facilities offer a full suite of co-located services, including general practice, pathology, radiology, pharmacy, allied health, and select specialist services. Each centre is open 365 days a year from 7am to 10pm and supported by skilled administrative, nursing, and clinical teams. Due to continued growth, VR GPs are invited to join the team across multiple high-demand locations, including:

- NSW: Hills District (Kellyville), Dee Why, Crows Nest, Gregory Hills, Marsden Park, Penrith
- QLD & VIC: Additional metro locations available on request

The Opportunity

- 70% of Billings
- Sign-on bonuses

- Mixed billing model with bulk billing for general consults and private billing for select procedures

Ideal Candidates Will Be

- Vocationally Registered (VR) General Practitioners
- Looking to join a supportive, stable, and collaborative practice environment
- Committed to delivering quality patient care across a diverse community
- Strong communicators who value teamwork and professional integrity
- Interested in potential leadership, supervisory, or mentoring opportunities

Onsite Services Include

- Allied Health (Physiotherapy, Psychology, Dietetics, and more)
