Total Remuneration Package: Base salary ranging from $129,464 to $142,665 plus employer’s contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.

About the role

The Police Area Manager leads and directs a team in the provision of a range of administrative, human‑resource and financial support services and strategies. The role drives best‑practice corporate support to facilitate service delivery within the local area.

Responsibilities

- Lead and direct the team in delivering administrative, HR and financial support.
- Develop and implement strategies that promote best‑practice corporate support.
- Facilitate service delivery and operational efficiency within the local area.
- Oversee the management of budgets, resources and staff within the command.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Must be a permanent resident of Australia or a New Zealand citizen.
- Must be able to undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) check and obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as required by the NSW Police Force.
