With a strong pipeline of projects in Brisbane’s inner suburbs, we’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled Construction Supervisor to help us deliver exceptional homes in established neighbourhoods.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a supervisor with experience managing knockdown rebuilds, and predominantly high-set homes. You’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple residential projects across Central Brisbane, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple new home builds
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS, and quality standards
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and client expectations
- Problem-solve site-specific challenges (e.g., access, demolition)
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams

About You

- Proven experience in knockdown rebuilds and residential construction
- Strong understanding of Brisbane’s inner-city building conditions
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence – required
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction – required
- White Card and valid Driver’s Licence
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
