Wexted Advisors are an independent and specialised restructuring firm that assist clients facing or exposed to business challenges or confronting complex transactions or situations. We are a market leading Safe Harbour advisory practice with ASX listed clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Immediate client facing role
- Report directly to the partner in a growing office
- Exposure to a wide range of corporate insolvency matters and advisory transaction roles
- Prepare reports to external stakeholders, lead investigations and legal engagements
- Business management responsibility: opportunity to develop an office, staff, and practice with fast progression
- Significant network and business development opportunities

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- 4-5+ years’ experience in insolvency in Australia
- Strong insolvency technical knowledge
- Proficient presentation and communication skills
- Experience managing staff
- Ability to diagnose and problem solve to develop options or solutions for clients
- Exposure to informal turnaround or restructuring engagements
- Prior insolvency experience across a range of formal corporate appointments
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- An ability to work closely with senior team members and clients
