Based in Melbourne, TSA Riley is looking for a Pursuits & Bid Manager to support our VIC & ACT teams on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

As the Pursuits & Bid Manager, you will partner with our leadership team to prepare and manage tender submissions across our offices in VIC/ACT. You will assist in the tender process, work with a dynamic team, and contribute to exciting projects. This role facilitates the opportunity qualification process and collaborates on key tender elements, including developing win themes, executive summaries, and workshops, while identifying new opportunities. The role also supports business development activities, collaborates with regional managers, consultants, and pursuit teams across APAC, and supports team development by managing a direct report. The role also contributes to global strategic opportunities and supports other regions, as needed. The role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the tender process from start to finish, including qualification, tender strategy and planning, team engagement, tender response, and tender delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives for all VIC/ACT submissions.
- Manage Bid Consultants and support their skill development to boost tender success rates.
- Monitor opportunity digests, lists, panels and portals for new tendering opportunities in line with regional clients, sectors and service line priorities
- Lead the tender qualification process in line with business objectives.
- Track and monitor all tenders in CRM.
- Collaborate with Regional Managers/Sector/Capability Leads on pursuit priorities across the offices you support.
- Collaborate with other regional and global teams to ensure best practices are shared and embedded across the business to drive excellence in pursuit activities.
- Contribute to global and national Account Management Plans and Area Strategy Plans.
- Effectively manage and prioritise multiple tenders and tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

About You

- Bachelor/'s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Sales / Business Development, Procurement or related field.
- 6+ years in tendering (or related field as above), preferably in B2B property, infrastructure, or professional services.
- Previous leadership experience is highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling proposals.
- Creative and innovative in developing strategies that stand out in competitive markets.
- Strong ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Ability and willingness to work with set branded templates/styles and brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency and brand recognition.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across various locations and contribute to their growth.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint, producing professional documents that align with TSA Riley/'s Brand Voice.
