Key Responsibilities

- Craft custom cabinets based on detailed design specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical plans.
- Select and source high-quality materials for projects.
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assemble and finish products to a high standard of quality.
- Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues promptly.
- Meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Continuously seek ways to improve production processes and product quality.

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role is required.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting design specifications and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
