Overview

As a Recruitment Manager - Technology (willing to relocate to Southeast Asia) you will be taking responsibility for the profitability and business activities of your team, helping to grow Robert Walters by promoting our brand to existing and prospective clients and candidates alike. You will lead by example, placing quality candidates with clients and supporting your team to achieve and exceed financial and KPI targets. What you will be doing

- Identify new recruitment consultants, providing training and support to help the team thrive and achieve targets

- Help carry out salary reviews and bonus allocations, identifying opportunities to improve individual performance

- Optimize growth opportunities and generate new business by networking, promoting the brand, gathering market information and making business development calls

- Use in-depth knowledge of each client’s organisation to ensure the right consultants are allocated

- Source and select appropriate candidates and manage the team’s active and inactive candidate pool

- Develop and implement short and long-term recruitment campaigns on behalf of clients, maintaining close contact to build positive, proactive relationships
