Job description

TP Human Capital is seeking a Retail Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to embrace the unconventional. Key Responsibilities

- Take charge of opening and closing the store during flexible hours (9AM – 1 AM), ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and non-judgmental attitude.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products suited to their individual preferences.
- Maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with inventory counts, stocktaking, and re-display of products. Input orders, invoice arrivals, and maintain a well-organized system for tracking stock levels.
- Take charge of pricing and visual merchandising for new stock deliveries, ensuring an appealing store layout.

- Open-minded and non-judgmental approach to customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a discreet and confidential manner.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft programs.
