What You Will Be Doing

This role is based around assisting the buyer in completing and executing long and short-term strategies, assisting stores with a variety of queries and requests, and maintaining data, loading promotions, reporting and managing samples.

- Provide analytical and administrative support to the Buyer, ensuring efficient operations.

- Manage and analyse data using Microsoft Excel and SAP.

- Assist in developing and sourcing new products, including signing reviewing and approving artwork.

- Manage samples for product development, marketing and maintain the sample archive.

- Manage promotions, catalogues and pricing within relevant systems.

- Maintain and update data integrity, ensuring accuracy and standardisation.

- Optimise and source product content for the website to enhance the customer experience.

About You

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in SAP (preferred).

- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, always looking to improve processes.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Experience/Background within Buying Assistant roles.

- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.

- A genuine passion for retail and a desire to contribute to a growing business.
