About Our Client

This small-sized organisation operates as an investment firm specializing in managing commercial property assets across Australia

Job Description

- Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time.

- Reconcile financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

- Support the budgeting process by providing accurate data and analysis.

- Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their ongoing development and effective contribution to team objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Accounts Officer should have:

- Demonstrated proficiency in accounting softwares and tools; experience with Yardi Voyager is considered beneficial but not mandatory.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

- A solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
