Sales Coordinator, Monash University Publishing (0.6 FTE)
Monash University Publishing has an exciting opportunity for a talented and energised Sales Coordinator. Reporting to the director, the Sales Coordinator will refresh and implement our sales strategy and foster relationships with key sales contacts, including distributors, booksellers and groups within Monash. They will oversee the annual royalties cycle, maintain accurate sales data and provide administrative support related to stock and sales.
The successful candidate will have a proactive approach to building relationships and seeking out sales opportunities, as well as taking a lead in coordinating sales and royalties data. Experience with metadata, BooksoniX and royalties are advantages.
This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic university publisher and lead sales growth.
Flexible work arrangements are available in line with Monash’s guidelines , though the successful candidate will work the majority of time on site. A 3.5% salary increase applies from June 2026.
