Robert Half is working exclusively seeking an experienced Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping the future technology landscape of a leading financial services organisation.

The Role

As a Solution Architect, you will:

- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Experience working in large-scale transformation projects including system consolidation, application migration, and cloud adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leaders, providing strategic insights on emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology functions to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.
- Champion cloud-first strategies, leveraging platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and operational standards.

Your Profile

- 8+ years as a Solution Architect with deep expertise in cloud, integration, and applications.
- Proven experience in large-scale transformation programs, particularly system migrations and consolidations.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and legacy-to-cloud transitions.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- A strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach to balancing business needs, risks, and technical feasibility.

Desirable

- Experience in financial services.
- Certifications in Azure Solutions Architect or AWS Solutions Architect
