- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 3 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

- Experience in coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).

Preferred qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

- Experience with technical business or field business, business engineering or professional consulting, with the knowledge of business.

- Experience in developing applications, with building and launching customer-facing products.

- Experience with internet products and technologies.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of the advertising clients or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Business and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for the external clients/partners. You will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms or product partnerships. Our solutions are rooted in our technical skill, product expertise, and a thorough understanding of our customers’ complex needs. Responsibilities

- Help partners in day-to-day tests by delivering solutions to their problems, troubleshooting their issues and performing implementation reviews.

- Advocate new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical issues.

- Represent the client's feedback on features to Product Management and Engineering to improve product offerings.

- Ensure client satisfaction in terms of technical aspects by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
