Overview

We’re looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team across our residential homes in Ballarat and Ballan. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide high-quality care that supports the dignity, comfort, and wellbeing of our aged clients—helping them live their best possible lives.

What you bring

- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in Residential Aged Care

- Availability to work AM and PM shifts on weekdays and weekends

- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to older people and their families

- Ability to understand and implement resident care plans

- Ability to identify problems and a clear understanding of when to alert immediate supervisors

- Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills

- Pro-active and dedicated approach to deliver best practice care

- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters

- Able to demonstrate flexibility to workplace demands and a teamwork attitude
