About the School
Byford Secondary College (SC) is a newer school in Perth’s southern suburbs. We cater for 1500 students in Years 7–12, offering a blend of urban and rural characteristics and a strong focus on high-quality teaching, learning programs and staff development. Our motto is Aspire to Excellence, and we partner with the University of Western Australia to offer an Aspire program for selected students.

The Role
We are seeking to appoint a passionate and skilled teacher to join our Student Services team. The successful applicant will support and report to the Student Services Managers. The Year Coordinators role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to intervention strategies, collaborating with external stakeholders to support student academic achievement and health and wellbeing outcomes.
The Student Hub Team provides educational leadership, promotes the school vision, and implements evidence-based strategies to improve student behaviour, attendance and academic performance in line with the College Business Plan (2025–2027). The team focuses on a safe and positive learning environment and a strong emphasis on student health and wellbeing.
