This role contributes to the development, delivery, implementation and review of strategic policies and projects to facilitate organisational change and improvement together with leading strategic stakeholder engagement across Services for Youth Justice to improve outcomes for children and young people in Tasmania.
The Team
The Youth Justice Reform team is a small group who focus on the implementation of youth justice system reform through the Youth Justice Blueprint 2024 - 2034. This is done through a comprehensive, integrated and therapeutic approach that prioritises the rights of children, diversion and breaking the cycle of offending.
About the Role
This role contributes to the development, delivery, implementation and review of strategic policies and projects to facilitate organisational change and improvement together with leading strategic stakeholder engagement across Services for Youth Justice to improve outcomes for children and young people in Tasmania.

- Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) with a registration Status – Employment

- Relevant tertiary qualifications
