This is an outstanding career opportunity for the right candidate who will enjoy providing our guests with an excellent customer service experience.

Duties will include:

- Maximising productivity through vehicle stock control

- Delivering exceptional customer experience either face to face or on the phone

- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers

- Developing your knowledge of our brand, and processes

- Ensuring the administrative operations are completed accurately

- Meeting KPIs in a timely fashion

- Working closely with the Sales and Delivery teams to ensure efficient and seamless service

- Licensing of new vehicles

Ideally you will possess:

- Have a can-do attitude as no one day is the same

- Strong numerical skills essential

- Ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships with customers

- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

- Ability to work autonomously while liaising with a variety of departments

- Exceptional organisational skills

- Work well in a busy environment and be driven by results

- Willingness to learn and develop
